You don't have to carry it alone.
Online therapy with
experienced, qualified therapists.
Maybe you've been thinking about therapy for a while. Something has been weighing on you, and you're tired of carrying it by yourself. Or perhaps things have reached a point where you know you need support, and you're finally ready to do something about it.
Whatever brought you here, you've taken an important step. Reaching out for help isn't easy, especially when you're already struggling. It takes courage to admit that things aren't okay and that you might need someone to talk to.
Therapy offers a space where you can be honest about what's really going on. No judgement, no advice you didn't ask for, no pressure to be fine when you're not. Just a safe, confidential relationship with someone trained to help you understand yourself better and find your way through.
What We Help With
People come to us for many different reasons. Some have a specific issue they want to work through. Others feel a general sense that something isn't right, even if they can't quite name it. Whatever you're experiencing, we're here to help.
Anxiety and stress. Racing thoughts, constant worry, feeling on edge, difficulty relaxing, physical tension, panic attacks, or a sense of dread that won't shift.
Low mood and depression. Feeling flat, empty, hopeless, or exhausted. Loss of interest in things you used to enjoy. Difficulty getting through the day.
Relationship difficulties. Struggles with partners, family members, friends, or colleagues. Patterns that keep repeating. Difficulty with boundaries, communication, or trust.
Life transitions. Adjusting to major changes like career shifts, relocation, becoming a parent, divorce, retirement, or loss. Feeling uncertain about who you are or where you're heading.
Grief and loss. Processing the death of someone important, or other significant losses like the end of a relationship, a job, or a way of life.
Trauma and past experiences. Difficult things that happened in the past that still affect you today. Memories, feelings, or patterns you can't seem to move beyond.
Self esteem and identity. Struggling with how you see yourself, feeling not good enough, questioning who you are, or difficulty accepting yourself.
Burnout and exhaustion. Running on empty, unable to switch off, losing yourself in work or responsibilities, feeling like you have nothing left to give.
If you're not sure whether therapy is right for what you're going through, that's okay. We're happy to have a conversation and help you figure out whether we're the right fit.
All our sessions take place over secure video call, which means you can access therapy from anywhere. You can connect with us from anywhere you have privacy and a stable internet connection
Many people find online therapy surprisingly comfortable. You can attend from your own home, in a space where you feel safe. There's no commute, no waiting room, no rushing to make an appointment across town. Just you, your therapist, and 50 minutes to focus on what matters.
Sessions are 50 minutes and cost €60. We offer morning and evening appointments to fit around work, family, and other commitments. You can book weekly sessions for consistent support or schedule as needed based on what works for you.

What to expect
Your first session is a chance to share what's brought you to therapy and to get a sense of whether we're the right fit for you. There's no pressure to have everything figured out or to tell your whole story at once. We'll go at your pace.
Ongoing sessions are shaped by what you need. Some people want practical tools and strategies. Others want space to explore and understand themselves more deeply. Many want both. We work collaboratively with you, checking in regularly about what's helpful and adjusting as we go.
Confidentiality is fundamental. What you share in therapy stays in therapy. We're bound by professional ethical codes and take your privacy seriously. The only exceptions are rare situations involving serious risk, which we'd always discuss with you.
Booking and scheduling is straightforward. You can book sessions directly and manage your appointments easily. If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours notice when possible.
Taking the first step
You don't need to be in crisis to start therapy. You don't need to have the right words to describe what's wrong. You just need to be willing to begin.
We're here when you're ready.
Not sure yet? Send us a message and we'll answer any questions you have.
